EXCESSIVE PERSPIRATION<\/h2>

Hyperhydrosis or hyperspiration is excessive perspiration, mainly in the armpits, hands and feet. However, it can occur in other parts of the body.<\/h4>

At the Instituto P\u00e9rez de la Romana we use several treatments to solve the problem of excessive perspiration:<\/p>

Morpheus8<\/h3>

Another method we offer is an advanced technology “Morpheus8”, which provides a definitive solution <\/strong>to this problem and consists of fractionated radiofrequency application<\/strong> that succeeds in destroying 90% of the sweat groats<\/strong> of the treated area in very few sessions.<\/p>

It is performed with superficial or local anesthesia and lasts about 20 minutes, after which the patient can return home.<\/p>

To solve the problem definitively, it takes 1 to 3 sessions, depending on each case.<\/p>

The advantages of this treatment is that it is realized in a treatment room and no hospitalization is needed.<\/p>

BOTULINUM TOXIN<\/h3>

The toxin botulinum is the only non-surgical treatment<\/strong>\u00a0that can end the uncomfortable alteration of the sweat glands. Botox is injected into the area with excessive sweating through a very fine needle. It is a very safe and proven process that improves the quality of life and self-esteem of the patient.<\/p>

This treatment lasts between 7 months and one year. The duration of the treatment depends on the characteristics of the person and the area where the injection is administered.<\/p>
