REMOVAL OF VARICOSE VEINS WITH LASER TREATMENT<\/h2>

\"Remove<\/p>

Over time, there is an increase in broken capillaries in the legs rise and these capillaries darken and become more visible.<\/p>

In the most severe cases, varicose veins that require surgery are formed. Others can be treated with sclerotherapy (by injecting a chemical into the glass causing the collapse of the vascular wall). The finest and most superficial vessels (known as telangiectasias, or varicose veins of the legs) are treated with laser.<\/p>

How does the Ellipse procedure work?<\/h3>

Your doctor will determine which areas will be treated and put parameters in place, depending on the vessel. A fine layer of gel will then be applied and the patient will feel a slightly cold sensation from the tip of Ellipse. The doctor will then treat the varicose veins with the Ellipse Nd:YAG laser, collapsing the vascular wall with a long shot, calculated with precision and carefully controlled. This heats up the blood in the vessel and causes the vascular wall to collapse, destroying it and, as a result, eliminating it. The vessel destroyed is naturally reabsorbed.<\/p>

Who can be treated?<\/h3>

All patients with unsightly varicose veins but which do not pose medical problems. If they pose a medical problem, the treatment will be postponed or cancelled.<\/p>

What results can I expect?<\/h3>

Sometimes the vessel disappears immediately after treatment. At other times, it disappears gradually over the following weeks. Usually, patients experience a minor edema or swelling in the area treated, which tends to last around 2 days. The actual duration will depend on the varicose vein treated.<\/p>

Is it painful?<\/h3>

Tolerance to pain can vary greatly from one person to another. You will feel minor punctures, followed by a hot sensation during treatment.<\/p>

The Ellipse ND: YAG laser uses the latest refrigeration technology (SoftCoolTM) to minimise pain and protect the skin by avoiding overheating. Topical anesthetic is not necessary.<\/p>

Most patients believe that the treatment is very tolerable on fine vessels and warrants praise for its good results.<\/p>

How long does a treatment take?<\/h3>
