This problem causes drop in <strong>self-esteem<\/strong> of the person who is suffering from it and causes decrease in social activities. Many of these young people have never been to the beach or pool in their life and have never undressed in front of others, neither in the gym nor in their in intimate life. In the <strong>Institute P\u00e9rez de la Romana<\/strong> we investigate two forms of this deformity:<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.perezdelaromana.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/Ginecomastia.jpg\"><img  title=\"Gynecomastia\" fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-780 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.perezdelaromana.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/Ginecomastia-300x225.jpg\"  alt=\"Gynecomastia Ginecomastia-300x225\"  width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.perezdelaromana.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/Ginecomastia-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.perezdelaromana.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/Ginecomastia.jpg 400w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>Authentic Gynecomastia<\/strong>. The main reason is the excess of mammary gland. The reason of <strong>Seudogynecomastia<\/strong> is an accumulation of fat in the breast region. Although, the most common is the association of both diseases.<\/p>\n<p>In cases of presence of fat, the treatment consists of <strong>homogeneous fat aspiration<\/strong>. In cases of excessive development of the <strong>mammary gland<\/strong>, it must be removed.<\/p>\n<p>The technique used by <strong>Dr. P\u00e9rez de la Romana<\/strong> is special because it <strong>connects two treatments<\/strong> &#8211; remove the mammary gland and then make liposculture to improve and standardize the entire pectoral region. This procedure is performed under local anesthesia and sedation.<\/p>\n<p>Patients come back home in several hour. The <strong>recovery period is very short<\/strong> and patients can come back to their daily routine in 2-3 days. The <strong>results are excellent<\/strong>; the patients get a completely normal chest without visible scars.
