Chin surgery involves the correction of chin deformitiesthrough the introduction of a small prosthesis or infiltrating fat from your own body (lipofilling).
Often, a prominent nose is accompanied by a small and retracted chin. It is for this reason that on many occasions, to ensure greater harmony of the face rhinoplasty is performed at the same time as chin surgery.
This joint procedure is called profileplasty and is performed with local anesthetic and sedation. It is of great importance to young people because, in addition to the aesthetic improvement it brings, it gives them great self-confidence.
