The recovery period after Renuvion J-Plasma treatment depends on the extension of the procedure and treated areas. If it is combined with the liposuction, you have have to consider your surgeon indications.
Normally, the one week repose is recommended. It is necessary also to use compression belt with the purpose to increase the treatment benefits and make more effective the postsurgery period. Your doctor will prescribe analgesics in case of the pain in the treated area.
Consider that the recovery is longer that in the others techniques as the treatment is made from inside to out of the body.

Mainly, the treatment is performed on ambulatory and you can return home the same day of the procedure . In some cases, you may have to stay in the hospital for 24 hours. As each patient is unique, your surgeon will inform you about the whole process.
A general anesthesia is used. You will always be accompanied by an anesthetist who will take care of your well-being throughout the entire procedure.
Your doctor will indicate when you can return to sports. It will depend on the treated area and the intensity of the exercise. It is normal that after two months the recovery will be complete and you will be able to resume your sporting activity.
