To address this problem, we have two specific types of lasers to remove these spiders, which are also known as telangiectasias. These lasers are well-known for their good results in dealing with these pathologies, either with IPL or neodymium Yag.
For wrinkles in this area, we combine different treatments that have shown excellent results over a number of years, from the infiltration of botulinum toxin (popularly known as “Botox”) and hyaluronic acid to the use of deep peeling and CO2 lasers, among other methods. Our experience has shown us that the combination of different treatments such as mesotherapy with PRP, laser IPL and the use of Radiesse are treatment options that have improved this aspect of the skin, depending on the characteristics of each patient.
For those stains that age our hands so much, we use the Ellipse IPL laser.
